Shipping policy

3.1 Delivery Times
Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
Delivery: 5 to 8 business days after processing

The total estimated time from purchase to receipt is 6 to 11 business days, except in exceptional circumstances (customs, logistical issues, high-demand dates such as Christmas or sale periods).

3.2 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

3.3 Shipping Zones

We currently ship to the UK. (Cambié "Spain and other countries" — si en el futuro vendes a más países, dímelo y lo ampliamos, pero de momento mejor que solo diga UK para no generar expectativas de envío a sitios donde aún no vendes.)

3.4 Shipping Issues
